Maintenance of chiller:

Keep the surface of the chiller filter clean, ensure air circulation around the filter, and regularly clean the filter. Generally, blow the filter with compressed air once every three weeks. Reduce the occurrence of mold "sweating" phenomenon. Before stopping the plastic machine, turn off the cold water brake of the attached mold or turn off the chiller to raise the water temperature inside the mold cavity, so that the mold will not produce rust deposits. If the chiller has been in use for more than six months, or if the high and low pressure engines frequently malfunction, or if the cooling capacity decreases, please arrange for technicians to clean the radiator (if the chiller is equipped with a pressure gauge, check if the pressure on the high-pressure gauge is higher than 300 PSI, if it exceeds, clean the surface of the radiator to maintain cleanliness and improve its effectiveness). If the fault persists after multiple cleaning operations as instructed above, please arrange for staff to repair it. If stopped for a period of time, due to the solidification of water pollutants, the pump blades of the water pump may be solidified by the pollutants. When restarting, the pump rotor must be loosened first to avoid the pump blades not rotating and causing the fuse to burn out. (Suitable for chillers below 5 horsepower) Cleaning of the radiator for chiller maintenance: First, stop the machine, remove the front lower panel filter, and use compressed air to blow off the dust on the surface of the filter. If the radiator is dirty, it should also be cleaned together. If possible, spray air conditioning cleaning agent on the heat dissipation net, wait for a few minutes, then rinse with clean water and repeat until the surface of the filter net is clean.

1、 Start and stop sequence of chiller unit
To ensure that the air conditioning unit can operate normally after starting, it is necessary to ensure that:
The condenser has good heat dissipation, otherwise the high condensation temperature and corresponding condensation pressure may cause the high-pressure protection device of the chiller to operate and stop, and even lead to malfunction.
The cold water in the evaporator should circulate, otherwise it may cause the cold water temperature protection device to stop due to low temperature, or the low-pressure protection device of the chiller unit to operate due to low evaporation temperature and corresponding evaporation pressure
